Aspire CLI (Prerelease)

Aspire CLI (aspire) is a command-line tool for creating, running, and managing Aspire applications. It provides commands for project scaffolding, local development, and deployment of cloud-native distributed applications. This is the prerelease version of the Aspire CLI.
